They were fine except

Except when shipped from warehouse they used a tape to hold together in box and was very difficult to remove from the mat.

Delivery was right on schedule. The mat works out perfectly for the space where we needed it. Time will tell how it will hold up but it looks great. Very convenient to order on line.

Good value but has one flaw

This is my second chair mat from Staples the first one I had lasted about 6 years and finally developed large cracks/holes so I had to replace it. The good: This is a very good value for the quality. The thickness and size compares with mats that are $100+. In my experience you are always going to have some indentations because of the carpet and weight of the person and chair. However this is thick enough to handle and tolerate so you can still slide your chair easily if it has wheels. The Bad:The cleats on this are flat instead of the "pin" cleats. My pad moves on my carpet and have to adjust it every few days. My prior pad had pin cleats and didn't move the entire time I had it. Verdict: If you can handle adjusting the pad occasionally when it moves this is a good value and good chair mat.

I ordered a chair mat to be delivered to my home. It came quickly the driver was pleasant .product was in excellent shape and works fine.

Hard floor chair mat

The product it self is fine. Much thinner than the carpet mat that I had and only a one year warranty vs the lifetime warranty on the carpet mat. Not sure why but the product should meet my requirements. The delivery was the next day...impressive Unfortunately when they delivered it the driver just stuck up against the brick wall and used another package that was delivered to my home to hold it up. It was not wrapped or protected in any way. The shipping label was just taped to the mat. I was not real pleased on that part of the delivery.

They did not have the chair in stock but the representative said he would special order it for me. I was expecting to receive it in 3 or 4 days. I received in the next day! Like most items it came unassembled but the directions were very easy to follow. While assembling the item I misplaced one of the wheels. I thought it was overlooked by the manufactured. I called Staples and they sent it out the same day. I called back and told them to cancel the order that I found the wheel. They told me just keep it the order had already be shipped. I also choose the wrong mat for the desk. I took it back but they didn't have the size I needed without the lip. The sale clerk offered to cut it for me. The service you receive at Staples is remarkable!!!
