great floor protector

Great Mat!

I bought this as a combo since I was buying a new computer chair and so far I love it. It provides protection on my floor carpet and makes the new chair easy to glide over. No rips tears permanent indentations etc. I have nothing but good things to say about it. We shall see how long this holds up as I have only had it for about a week.

Not good- too soft

The desk chair which has 5 double rollers/wheels sinks into the pad and leaves indentations which the chair gets stuck in. My carpet is a firm berber. I will probably return the pad.

Wish I had purchased one with "teeth" on the bottom to keep it in place. This one slides around on the carpet pretty easily so has to be readjusted at least once a day. Otherwise fine though.

Great size don't think it'll hold up

This is a great size for the desk it's being used at but I do not think this will hold up much longer than a year (if that). It was measured as a medium pile carpet but the "treads" on the underside of the mat are not deep enough to prevent flexing and depressions. Looks great at the moment however.
