NOT GOOD ON HIGH PILE CARPET

USING ON HIGH PILE CARPET- CHAIR LEAVES DIMPLES ON CHAIR MAT MAKING IT HARD TO ROLL CHAIR OUT OF DIMPLES. SOFT VINYL. I DON'T EXPECT IT TO LAST- HOWEVER HAS A LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Looked on line and then went to the local store where an expert of chair carpet pads made the purchase for me on line. Information on line indicated the chair carpet pad was recommended for a carpet 3/4" deep or deeper. The problem is that it does move some when I roll the chair on it. Obviously I am disappointed and wished I had purchased one in the store that had longer longer cleats. Otherwise OK.

The mat is great but

The mat is great but it was shipped to me with heavy duty shipping tape wrapped around it. So now I have not been able to use it because it has so much adhesive residue on it from the tape. I have tried two methods to remove the residue so far and neither one worked. I will keep trying until I get it off but it is delaying my ability to use your product by a few weeks. Very disappointed that I have to bring all sorts of cleaners etc. from my home to my workplace to try to get the adhesive off.
