Misleading when it says upto 1"

I have my mat on a 1/2" pad and medium pile carpet on top. Total about 3/4" and mat is flimsy. My chair created dips in mat which make it extremely tough for my chair to roll around.

This is a semi-soft chair mat easy to set flat (lay on floor in a warm room for a while if it is curled on arrival). Protects carpet chair rolls fine lip stays down. It does have a bit of a chemical smell on arrival. I left it outside for an hour and then set it up. By the next day there is no odor. I am completely 100% satisfied with this.

can not move chair out of dents

After two weeks of use the chair is getting stuck in the permanent dents the wheels made thus defeating the purpose of the mat. I weigh 220 lbs and have a good office chair

I received the mat the day after I ordered it and it's exactly what I wanted. Works well on the higher nap carpet and I'm very pleased.

Mat was delivered and it was folded but it didn't take long for it to straighten out. Sturdy and the right size for a small desk on a hard floor.

Smaller than the dimensions

They advertise the dimensions to include the small under desk tongue. It is not a true 45 x 53...! Chair rolls off the mat surface because it is not big enough as large as I thought as I was purchasing...!
