The mat was great --- but the lip was too wide to fit under my desk so I had to return it. The product description did not say how wide the lip was.

I am not happy with the chair mat. It is supposed to be for high pile carpet but the chair sinks into the mat and leaves indentations. I am probably going to return the mat.

The product is the best chair mat that I have had but it does soften as the day goes on as I have deep carpet in my home office.

Still doesn't seem thick enough for the pile of my carpet. Just the weight of the chair makes some dent. Don't know that I could do any better without spending an bunde or buying 2 to put on top of the other Came flat...a plus. I liked that the back wasn't as sharp as the ones I've gotten in the past. Made it easier to handle when carrying it to the office.
