K-cups are damaged in box

I am finding multiple K-cups with the foil sliced in box. This is the second box that this is an issue. Maxwell House original has this quality control problem. See photo.

I've been drinking the Maxwell House since my first Keurig brewer (*I have four in use!). Bought it a Wallmart then realized it was a Keurig product and started ordering it from there. Still, I would be very interest if someone could tell me if there's a K-Pod that matches the gasthaus coffee I used to enjoy in the Alps of Bavaria. After all, we do have German roots!
