I’m returning the product (actually the black in version) because my HP printer does not recognize it. I even did a “hard reset” of the printer by unplugging for a few minutes as recommended but HP will not allow use of this product. Too bad.

Awful expensive alternative ink cartridge.

This color cartridge never provided ink and a message always appeared saying it was not installed correctly. Never able to use it. I will never purchase this product ever again and continue to use the HP product only.

It’s working great! When I put both cartridges in it started to say ‘colored ink cartridge NON-compatible’… but after re-inserting both cartridges 2 more times it took hold and worked just fine. Glad to save some money on remanufactured!!
