It works fine but it was delivered w/o packaging thrown on my front porch and has a couple of small places where it won't lay flat. Had I expected this I would have bought it from a storefront. I'm giving 5 stars because it was inexpensive. Many reviews complained that it moves. I have a table leg holding it down and one edge is against a wall so I'm not having that issue.

Pros: durable protects the floor easy to move rolling chair on affordable compared to comparable products for similar functional and quality needs. Cons: slides around if not secured down by the desk not that visually appealing unnatural wood appearance shows scratches.
