Protect your carpet or wood floor

Would have liked something thicker and stiffer as that would have made rolling around on it easier (I put it over thick carpet---would be better on wood floor). As it is wheels on chair create temporary dimples in pad and moving on it is sluggish. Appearance is OK

Hope to save my wood floor

It took years of rolling back and forth in my desk chair but just noticed it is starting to wear away the finish on my wood floor. Too soon to tell but hopefully this mat will stop further damage.

It is good but must know a few things

I bought two of these. One was in the car and in the heat it became very soft and took some new fold lines. after a month it still does not sit flat on the floor. I have to return it. The other one is fine just moves on hardwood floor a little.

Looks nice but ...

I like the look of this - it adds nice contrast next to the hardwood floors. However it slips really easily. I have found that I have to be very careful as I sit into my chair where my feet are planted because it will slide very easily. But it looks nice and serves the purpose of protecting the floor. I would definitely recommend the product for use in the home office ... not sure I would recommend for use in an office setting since it could result in injury if the right person slipped on it.
