Box was split in many places. Paper inside was damaged at the corners. No good way to let Staples know that I would like a pick-up and exchange of item. Also when I but a carton of paper I assume it is either 5 reams or 10 reams which is easy to tell by looking at the box. Was very surprised when it was only 8 reams
