Great Paper but case arrive damaged

The case of paper arrived at our office in terrible condition. the outside box was falling apart and it appears that the box was dropped several times. 4 reams of paper from one side of the case are damaged and will not go through our printer. I would have returned it but we were out of paper and I had to use the good reams.

This was a cumbersom system you have to order online. It is not delivered to your place of business but to the local store. The day it was supposed to be ready for pickup no e-mail arrive to say it was at the store to be picked up. I think you need to work on making sure the product is available for pickup and that the customer is notified immediately.

Paper case is great size

If you want a smaller box of paper these 8 reams are great. The 10 ream cases are HEAVY and these are the best weight for me that I've have found.... plus the paper is great paper with NO jams.

We have used Staples brand copy paper for all of our office paper needs and it works great each time. We use it for coping and printing and works wonderfully for both.

The quality of the paper is fine. I do not have a problem with it. It works well with our coping machine. I was disappointed with the box when I received it. The box itself was ripped and there was a strap around it to hold it together. When I opened it every single wrapping around the reams of paper was torn. The paper itself was fine but the way it came was not. I don't know if this happened during delivery or if it your warehouse that way. I was not here to receive it from the delivery service or I would have question them. Other than that I am please with the product.
