BAD PAPER

When I saw this great deal on paper I figured how could I possibly go wrong. I was wrong! First off all the reams of paper in the case were cracked open due do a inferior shipping box. I called Staples and complained about this and they sent me a 2nd case as an apology at no charge- same thing. The box was ok but all the reams are torn. When I started to use the paper it kept jamming my printer. Apparently if you choose to print on both sides (which I do often to save both paper and space) the paper jams. I called Staples today and requested that they take back they case I paid for as well as the free case. I then ordered the brand name paper I normally buy.

Great price on this offer. It is good to pick up even excess when great products at great prices are offered. Now I am guaranteed that I will never run out of copy paper for a very long time. I can share with my other offices who are always running out of paper. This has always been my favorite when purchasing at Staples but not very often do I get them at this price. I will continue to monitor the sale on them and keep my supply well in stock for the future. Way to go Staples I will continue o be one of your strongest supporters.

Nice quality paper for a reasonable price. This is the first time I have used it and I'll definitely get it again. Bright white and heavy weight.

This is an excellent item to purchase. Very useful and versatile as well as extremely reasonably priced! I would definitely buy it again when our office needs copy paper.
