Serves My Purpose

What more is there to say about this "all-purpose" paper. Our family has used this for as long as I can remember. Whether it is was for our annual holiday letter my husband's military and sports notifications or the recipe booklets given to my patients at work. This copy paper has served our use. The print was clear and non-smudgy. Whether the bold type was used or different fonts were used the finished product was enjoyed by all. This product has been and will continue to be used for our personal and professional needs.

BAD PAPER

When I saw this great deal on paper I figured how could I possibly go wrong. I was wrong! First off all the reams of paper in the case were cracked open due do a inferior shipping box. I called Staples and complained about this and they sent me a 2nd case as an apology at no charge- same thing. The box was ok but all the reams are torn. When I started to use the paper it kept jamming my printer. Apparently if you choose to print on both sides (which I do often to save both paper and space) the paper jams. I called Staples today and requested that they take back they case I paid for as well as the free case. I then ordered the brand name paper I normally buy.
