The delivery was timely. However the cases were broken and most of the reams of paper were also burst open. Thankfully it was only paper and not something more fragile.

Shoddy Shipping

The carton of copy paper arrived with one of the bands missing and the carton torn. All but two reams of paper had torn cover wrap. I have pictures if you want to see. The carton should have been placed in a shipping box.

I don't understand why this is taking a week to receive when all other orders have taken 1 day to receive. Very disappointing.

Beware Only 8 Reams NOT the standard 10

We ordered this without closely reading the description that it has only 8 reams not 10. Do the math and make sure you are getting a good price. Also when ordering on line this product takes almost a full week to arrive unlike other paper.
