Great Value Product lousy customer service

The paper was a great value for the cost However I ordered it online Tuesday it wasn't available for pick up until Saturday. Due to it being sent to a Staples Store that had been closed for over a year. Of course Customer Service was kind enough to point out why this was all my fault.
