I am thankful to staples for allowing me to purchase 8-ream papers at such a great deal. I really hope that I will get the rebate in the mail. Will have to wait and see.
I got this in the mail a few days after ordering (the box was undamaged when I received it) and it works fine with my new laser printer. Just keep in mind that the paper is not very thick. I have some class notes I've printed out on both sides and you can the text from the other side a little because of how thin it is. I was really happy with the online staples rebate. I just logged into my account and went to the rebate section and clicked the option for online rebates. I just had to provide my order number and maybe some other details (i dont remember) and it was processing. I didn't have to send in any other paperwork via mail or upload a picture of the packing slip. I just received it today after only a month. I was sad when they first said it would be several months before I got it. Just keep in mind that after 6 months there is a monthly $3 "maintenance" fee on the rebate card so you have to use it before the 6 months is up or get charged. Overall I am quite happy with the paper I received and am glad I made this purchase. My advice is to keep an eye out for deals with rebates on paper because I have been watching staples.com for awhile to get a good deal and noticed that they tend to rotate which paper is on sale with Mail-in rebate. Hope this helps!
OK its paper. My only concern is that the individual wrappers were fairly loose which may allow the stack to be offset in the paper tray if not properly jogged.
