I placed a two item order....each to be delivered separately. I received an email saying one item was delivered...but alas I did not get it! I checked with my neighbors and looked on porches near me but no box of copy paper. I notified Staples and received an email very quickly...saying...they would send me out another box... (Which I received the next day.). So all was well..until..a week later when I received the missing box from the other carrier. I just sat down to email Staples to say that now I had two boxes and to figure out how to return it but when I checked my account online at Staples it said Free Replacement! Thank You Staples for getting the product to me quickly then allowing me to have the extra box. I appreciate it.

Was Looking to purchase descent multi-purpose paper. And finally! I couldn't believe there was a Verry good deal @ Staples YAAA!! Paper prints GREAT!! Actually got free shipping as well which made it even more affordable. Thank you sooo much for that!! Online does make it a WHOLE LOT EASIER!! AND VERY FAST DELIVERY!I do reccommend this product.
