I shop at Staples because I appreciate the breath of materials they have for my office and home needs. As a frequent shopper I accrued a significant number of rebate dollars that one day was sent to me in the form of a Cash card. Little did I realize at the time that the card was subject to a ridiculous monthly maintenance fee and within a few months the balance-with which I could have purchased any number of items-quickly fell to zero. This is ridiculous.
