I was totally satisfied with the quality of the ream of 8.5"x11" copy paper recently purchased from Staples. The "heft" of the 20 lb. stock was instrumental in the smooth operation of the copier and the 94 brightness produced a clear sharp image. I would certainly recommend this to everyone seeking a professional appearance for every copy!
