Crazy that manufacturers are changing case sizes down again. 8 instead of 10. Will have to watch the fine print better in the future. But Staples made it right!

This paper continuously gets jammed in our printer. Even though it is the same weight as we normally use the paper keeps getting pulled double pages at a time and jams. We even had our vendor come out several times and confirm the issue is not our printer.
