I have used this paper in the past with good results. In the recent box I have tried 4 different reams All cause my HP 8710 printer to jam. Don't know what is different but a nightmare. Now they want a return before they credit my account. When I pull reems from previous box no problem. I'm sticking with non-Staples branded products.
