Great Buy On Sale!

These paper towels are not thick like Bounty but we use them in the office bathrooms which they are perfect for. If you are looking for a paper towel that will mop up large spills then these are probably not for you but for drying your hands or light spills they work just fine!

Where I typically use 1 piece of Bounty or Target select-a-size I need 3 of these. Very soft so no complaints there but so thin it’s soaked just drying my hands.

A good compromise

We are constantly trying to balance cost and comfort in our large office. When we buy bargain basement poor quality towels people use more of them which negates cost savings. Yeah Bounty and other top shelf brands are luxurious but usually are too expensive to justify everyday large-volume use. These Brighton towels strike a good compromise. The choose-your-size feature is practical. And unlike other reviewers we have no trouble tearing the towels at their perforations. We have experienced the perforation problem with some of the cheapest towels but so far not with the Brighton choose-your-size. When these towels go on sale they are a decent bargain. Utilitarian not luxurious.

I would give these paper towels a Zero rating if I could - don't waste your money

These paper towels are probably the worst product I have ever used. I cannot believe Staples would carry something like this. They are not 2-ply towels; they are barely 1-ply. As soon as they get wet they absolutely disintegrate. They shred as you take them off the roll. Staples really needs to stop selling these; they are just going to give Staples a bad name. Staples is a quality company; this is just a lousy manufacturer and supplier. Shop at Staples but DO NOT buy these. The good news is that Staples Customer Service was excellent and assisted in refunding my money because I was so dissatisfied with the product. So I give Customer Service a "5".

We were grateful to have paper towels for the office but these are so thin and flimsy when wet. Just drying your hands after washing them requires several paper towels of this brand. Still it's good to have paper towels at all right now.

Terrible paper towel. Thin to the point you need at least 3 sheets to do what any other paper towel does. And it sheds white fibers everywhere.
