I haven't actually used the paper yet. I was getting low and thought I'd better stock up before a crisis hit. I can say that the way each ream came packaged and all five reams packaged together for shipping is high quality. Serious packaging would be kind of a waste of time for shoddy paper and judging by everything else I've bought from Staples I immediately thought of them when I thought of paper.

What a surprise when I got my case of paper only to realize it is only 8 reams. Same price as the full 10-ream case but it ends up short.

Quality of the paper was good but when ordering did not realize it was only 8 reams in the case. Having only 8 reams means ordering more frequently which to me is annoying
