About 1-2 pages out of every 20 pages has a wrinkle pressed into it from top to bottom due to some kind of manufacturing fault. I thought my new printer was somehow pressing wrinkles into the paper but when loading new paper in I realized there were a few sheets with wrinkles pressed into them right on top of a newly opened ream of paper. The wrinkled pages seem to be randomly distributed throughout the reams. I wouldn't buy this brand again.
