Why did you change the toilet paper? Your website claims no change but that’s a lie. It feels rough, there’s a chemical smell to it, it is a skin irritant and allergen for me and gives me UTIs as well as yeast infections. You’re now making it from SFI trees… okay, what kind? Some people are allergic to certain trees.

Not as soft as it used to be

Angel Soft had been my preferred toilet paper forever. However, I have noticed lately it's not as soft and I do not enjoy using it anymore.

I bought this 18 roll package earlier this month and have been using it but for some reason it isn't soft as advertised on the packaging and on the tv advertising. It seems to be rough to the touch and during usage it inflames my butt causing minor bleeding.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used angel soft for over 20 years exclusively. I am so disappointed in how narrow it continues to get. I use toilet paper, even in public facilities that is wider than this. It makes me sad.
