Very unhappy with quality

I have been a customer of Angel soft for many years and am now very disappointed with the quality. I just changed to a new roll and the paper is very rough and uncomfortable to use. I always found it to be soft and comforting and now it looks like a one ply paper with a bunch of raised dots on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, I have been buying this brand for months. Last package is not really nice. All the ends are frayed and like it is chunky cut. Not to satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed initially because I thought I was receiving a 6 pack instead of 4, but maybe that was my misunderstanding? All in all this toilet paper is pretty good. I tend to like a more “plush” option but this option is fine.
