Bad batch of toilet paper

All rolls have a strip of toilet paper between full sheets?
Very messy and can't use it.
Extra large angelsoft batch.
Must have been a roller malfunction when rolling out the paper sheets

Its toilet paper, 2 ply, doesnt fall apart when wiping and and its great for the nose!

Best decision from trying times

At a crunch time in life I had to choose a more less expensive brand. I chose Angel Soft. This was a cut back from heaven. This was the best decision I’ve ever made and I never went back
