I am very disappointed with the pack that I bought

The pack that I bought is twelve mega roll pack and the first two rolls would not tear where the perforation was. Normally I have no problems with your product. But this time i'm a little disappointed with it.

Probably won’t buy again

I bought a pack of this toilet paper and the entire pack smells strong of cigarettes. This was a freshly opened pack from and large grocery store. I feel that this toilet paper isn’t safe because I don’t know what caused such a strong odor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've bought 3 packs of angel soft brand tp and the quality has went down terribly is not gentle at all and I will not be buying anymore. I hope you can fix your product but it shouldn't look or feel like sand paper! I've been a customer for years and now I think I'm gonna change it up.

Moldy, toilet paper.

Yesterday I bought an eight pack of toilet paper rolls, and today I opened them only to find mold! Super unfortunate because I’ve never had moldy toilet paper before so to find that my newly purchased package was all molded was disgusting!

I have been using this product for a few years. Recently there has been a LOT of lent from the toilet paper on the floor and surrounding area. Don’t know what is going on, been going on a couple of months. Not good….

No Happy With Recent Purchases

First I would Like to Say I’ve Used Angel Soft For a Very Long Time. It Has Always Been Great Quality And Very Affordable, But My Recent Purchases Of AngleSoft Mega Value (8 Rolls) Has Be Very Rough And Thin. However I Love The Brand Hopefully My Next Purchase Will Be Better.
