I buy your product weekly and was extremely disappointed to find 3 of the 9 rolls were considerably smaller

This is the third roll of mega toilet paper in the package where the cardboard holder has come out. Very disappointed and annoyed!

Your product has really gone down hill. It definitely is not 2 ply or soft and thick anymore. You can see your hand thru it.

This tissue has gone from soft to stiff and rough like sand paper. It would give them little angels diaper rash

BAD PRODUCT

Both sides of rolls look the same like the bottom side. No soft pleated side on the top. Same problem on different packages of (12) from different stores at different time and weeks, months.
