Not the paper I've bought in the past

The quality has gone down drastically since the last time I bought a pack. I only buy Angel Soft because it was the only thing that doesn't hurt my reoccurring hemorrhoids. It was soft and fluffy but now its scratchy, the ply is way thinner, and even the width of the roll is skinnier. The new paper is no better than the store brand stuff. It hurts my vulva and hemorrhoids so much I can't use it. I just bought a 36 mega roll pack and want a refund.
(There is no "N/A" option for other brands I've purchased. I chose Dixie because I had to chose something.)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What Happened!!!

Truly disappointed. I see now you have started making the Angel soft toilet paper 2-ply instead of 1-ply. The 1-ply was fine. It was stronger and better than your now supposedly 2-ply. This new 2-ply is super thin and not worth it. I've also noticed the tube in the center is bigger therefore, I am sure that mean less toilet paper :(.

Machine problem.

I am an angel soft Buyer for 54 years never had this problem before this mega pack of toilet paper had one side missing I thought it was just one, but it was the whole pack. Thought you should know you’ve got a problem with your machine.

My Husband is planning to switch to Charmin now! Out of 18 rolls of toilet paper 3 have been normal . The rest have been very undesirable. You know angelsoft is well very soft and if one of the 2plys is missing then it's got ya wiping with your bare hand/fingers. I hope you make this right by our family because I don't care to have a fuzzy bottom .

Horrible product

I have been buying angel soft for 10+ yrs and so has my family. We all have ran into the same issue lately. As of recently, the rolls of toilet paper are literally falling apart and it’s like using a handful of white dust. It’s almost falling apart just sitting on my shelf. We will no longer be using this product because of the mess and the residue it leaves in under clothing after using it. The pictures don’t do as much justice as the use. But here are a few.

I smell j&j baby powder on these rolls. Why are you trying to freaking give people cancer? Stop using baby powder on these dang rolls. Are you guys on crack or something? Are you trying to lose business? You give ppl cancer you will lose you're business just like j&j.

Why only Mega Rolls???

My family has used this tissue since the late 80’s. Always. A previous home had a septic tank and I was warned not to use this yet I continued to do so with no adverse effects. I still enjoy this tissue. I am simply disappointed in our society and the manufacturers who coddle them in their laziness. Everyone Does Not need a Mega Roll. There are lots of us whose tissue holders are not designed for a Mega Roll. Until recently I have been able to find smaller rolls. Now all I see is a four pack which per sheet costs more. Why? Why can you not continue to make and sell regular rolls? Even double rolls? This is so disappointing as I am now forced to purchase another brand on a regular basis. I realize I am not the norm and will not be comforted in my dissatisfaction however thought you should know.
