You had a good product but changed the texture. I guess to save money bad business decision by someone.Will no longer be buying your product and I imagine I'm not the only one!

For those who complain about Narrow rolls...

Overall I am mostly pleased with this product.
For those who complain about narrow rolls, (shrinkflation), You ever look at the diameter of the center cardboard tube?!?! Haha Some are twice the diameter of others.
Shinkflation, it is Everywhere and in Everything.
Yes it is a bogus marketing scheme, but you have to look at the price per square foot, not price per sheet.
My wife and I call this Toilet Paper Math, but it applies to EVERYTHING we all purchase, ounces to ounces,
so on and so forth. It is decent TP and resonably affordable compared to some other brands. Plus it claims to be Septic Friendly!!

I bought this 2 weeks ago, price is way up quality is awful. Softness gone, smell is different. Will not purchase again. 😥

I do not know what has happened to this TP it used to be soft. A family member recommended me changing back to this because it is cheaper than what I had been buying. After a weeks use, my backside is raw. I will go back to spending more money on a different brand.

this is the softest tissue ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i usually buy store brand tissue and it’s super rough, however this is a complete game changer! it’s extremely soft and thick and i don’t have any discomfort when i use it! my family noticed a huge difference as well. i would highly recommend this and will be purchasing it going forward!

Feel and Quality Changed! Use to Love It!

I buy this every month and normally buy the Mega 96 roll and if we run out I'll buy a additional smaller pack. But I'm not sure whats happened to the softness of the product, it use to be my favorite, and now it feels more like Little Angels have sandpaper then softness. Its nit just me, my husband and daughter have complained as well, so I'm not sure if you changed the way its make or why the product is different, but we were always devoted customers.

Thin and scratchy

Every time my husband buys this product it doesn't hold up to our normal paper. My son ends up over wiping and using a whole role in one bathroom use. I have a very sensitive rear and this paper leaves me with sores and scratches on my lady bits and rear end and even when I have cut my nails or haven't gotten my nails done, I end up with excrement on my fingers.
