Is my favorite now a Fallen Angel?

The star rating would normally be a 5. I've been a huge fan of Angel Soft unscented toilet paper for YEARS. Most recently, I buy the 16 roll pack and have loved everything about it. My most recent purchase this past week surprised me. The quality seems to be less than it has been for years. Was there a change made in your product?
I hope I just happened upon a fluke and that my next purchase will be back to the great quality that I've come to know and love.

I used to love Angel Soft and would go out of my way to find it. However, at some point it became linty. Hold a sheet and shake it and lint will fill the air.

Reject rolls

I’ve been buying this brand for years, however recently there have been what I consider reject rolls in the multi packs.
The paper is harder, has bumps instead of the decorative embossing, the ply’s don’t match up, as the roll is pulled it tears and has an overall nastiness to it.
I shouldn’t have to pay for your rejects.

Just a mess

We bought a mega pack with 3 separate packs in each pack.
I have been experiencing excessive lint coming off with each pull.
There are clumps of paper within the roll. I have added photos to show.
