I have no idea what the heck happened to the qualuty of your product! Every time it shreds and leaves behind pieces of paper. I have used this product for years but no more, I just feel dirty and messy afterwards!!

Mega vs. Jumbo packages

I'm not sure when you put the Mega product on the market, but it seems that it was fairly recent. I have been purchasing the Jumbo product for several years and loved everything about it. It has been the perfect roll size and paper quality for me. The rolls fit perfectly in my TP holder and the paper has been soft enough to use for removing makeup from my eyes. A few months ago my husband bought 2-3 packages of the Mega rolls because you get more sheets, which reduces the need to go to the store to purchase more. The paper quality is the same as that with which I am accustomed, so that is a plus. However, the rolls are so large that they get stuck in my TP holder, making it inconvenient and frustrating when trying to get a new roll to put on the dispenser. So when my Mega packages finally ran out, I went back to the Jumbo rolls. But it now seems that the paper quality of the Jumbo product has changed. It is now a different texture that is rough to the touch and I don't like using it on my face anymore. My teenage daughter even pointed out that it is different and that she didn't like how rough it feels. I am so displeased that you have changed the formula for the Jumbo product. I hope that you will go back to what it was before Mega came on the scene. I used to buy Northern religiously until the made a similar formula change. I stopped buying them and turned to AngelSoft. I feel like I may need to make another change.

Changes in the texture of the paper

I have been using Angel Soft for years now and I am very unhappy with the recent change in the texture of the toilet paper. It is no longer considered Angel Soft as the name states and is very hard and rough now! I do not know why and what the change was for, but please change it back or I will have to stop purchasing this product.

I am so upset you discontinued the pretty prints. I bought this product for the prints and was very happy with it. Very useful for potty training.

Angel Soft used to be our go to, but now the rolls are either incredibly thin and feel like sandpaper or terribly thick and linty and give every female who uses them an infection. It's disappointing to have to switch brands after using this one for so long, but I won't throw my money away on any more.

Angel Soft is not soft anymore!

I have been using Angel Soft for years. It is the only brand toilet paper I buy. But this last package I bought feels different. It is not as soft as all the previous packages I have purchased. If the quality of the rolls in the next package I buy is not like it used to be, I will have to look for a new brand of toilet paper.

I’ve been a faithful consumer of angel soft for years. Unless there is a change for the better I’ll have to move on. Whatever I’ve been purchasing for months is awful-appearance is different & texture is bad and definitely not the same. Are y’all going back to the good stuff?
