Every time I use the bathroom it feels like I'm using a baby wipe but I'm using toilet paper and most of them hurt my butt, but this one doesn't

Not So Soft anymore

The last 2 packages I have bought have not been soft at all, almost like a fine sand paper. Bring back the softness please.
