What happened????

Unfortunately this toilet paper is no longer soft. Store brands are softer than angel soft.
I’m so disappointed as this was a favorite for our entire family.
I’m being forced to buy Charmin. Ugh!

Been an angel soft customer for over 10 years but no more. don't know what you did to change it up but it sucks now.. bring back the old stuff

Uncomfortably rough.

The toilet paper overall, yes it does what it's supposed to, but, after using the bathroom to go #2, and using Angel Soft, it feels like it's actually tearing up my bottom. It hurts to sit down afterwards because the texture of it is too rough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this product and so does my whole family. The rolls last a lot longer than any other toilet paper that I have tried in the past and it is strong and does the job that I expect it to. I will never change to any other toilet paper ever. I know when I have a superior product and I will stick with it. Thanks

I had bought a small package of a different brand just to get me by until I went to town and my family knew right away it was not Angel Soft. They were all complaining until I went and bought your brand. I will not longer buy a substitute to get me through. I always buy extra every payday to get us through. Thank you for making such a great product.
