I have purchased before and loved!
This time the product was like using a single ply generic that disintegratedas soon as it gets wet and stuck to skin. This was the worst!!
I would normally recommend, but not sure unless the next package is better I will not!

The thinness of this product is pathetic. I find it insulting to your consumers that you would dare to advertise this as DOUBLE PLY paper! It is so thin I have to use twice the amount of any other toilet paper I have ever bought before. I will never buy your product again. UGH!

I always buy Anger Soft double rolls... It's great! Very soft, soft enough to use on my nose, so I don't buy kleenix anymore.

I've been buying your brand for years and NOW mine and my family's private parts feel like we're using a 300 grit sandpaper! What the heck is going on behind closed doors? PLEASE repair whatever equipment is failing and get back to creating the great quality paper that your true blue customers know and love again.
