Better than expected

This 50% recycled paper is better than I anticipated. It’s bright white with good weight and feel. I’ll buy it again.

The paper shelves were well stocked with all sorts of paper and it was easy to find the type of paper that I wanted and the pricing was well displayed

After being told over the telephone that my Brother printer (61 Series) couldn’t be repaired that people bought replacements I went to the Danvers store where I bought it anyway. I was lucky to meet one of your agents who was determined to fix my machine. He took time to blow away the dust which might have accumulated and he knew that I might be using the wrong paper (too light). Then he demonstrated how 24 pound paper would be better—he successfully demonstrated how well it now worked. He recommended that I buy that paper and I did. It worked perfectly at home too. Perhaps you need to be sure that your telephone answerers know your business.
