Good quality paper but shipment box was damaged and almost all of the reams packages were torn open.

I always bought your 24 lb (that's the heavier weight so you can easily print both sides) 100% recycled paper and then you discontinued it. You only carry 100% recycled in the 20 lb which is too thin to professionally (or even legibly) print on both sides thereby saving lots of paper! Please make the 100% recycled heavier-weight 24 lb plain paper again!! Thanks!
