I bought this paper for the business without taking the time to LOOK at the thickness. Silly me. This is NOT the traditional 20 weight paper it is 24 weight. Now this may not seem a big deal but when using it constantly for office jobs it does tend to jam more often in our machines. On a positive note I thought this would be ideal for printing coupons from home so I swapped out a reem from my personal stash and got hooked. If you're a couponer as I am they're great for added thickness for the printable coupons. I like to print mine double sided and occasionally the coupons give a full page of info with the product this added weight hides the type on the reverse of the coupon making it less "suspicious" and easier to read. As a side note. I originally bought this paper only because of the recycled content (and it was on sale of course) but the one issue I dislike is the wrapping they put the paper in is plastic and near as I can tell not recycled. I wish staples would consider wrapping it in partially/fully recycled content. The 30% recycled paper is wrapped in paper I'm not sure why they put the higher recycled content in a less bio friendly packaging. Fix this Staples!
I use an inkjet printer. I print letters and the paper's white brilliance makes the printing and the documents marvelously stand out. Not to mention a great price per ream. This paper is worth buying again. Thanks Staples for a cost-effective high-quality product.
