Great paper - poor packaging

All the reams in the box were busted open in their individually wrapped sets due to the excessive weight of the box and the handling by UPS/USPS/FedEx (forgot which carrier it was) - edges on most of the reams on one side of the box were compromised too. Not likely to order 10 reams again.

Although the package was open on both ends when I received it the paper was not damaged and I am just starting to use the paper it is fine as usual from Staples!
