Wet/Stained Tea Bag

I recently purchase a box of these flavor teas and all of the bags are stained/sticky and they rip when trying to get them out of the package. So upsetting that I just threw them away what a use of my money. Please do a BETTER job!

Poor packaging =poor customer experience

The convenience is not worth it and sadly I can’t say that I want to continue to support the product in stores or prepared at any location serving its tea. This flaw is prevalent with all of your teas.

I can no longer drink caffeinated drinks so when I tried your Passion herbal tea I almost died and went to heaven! Pleas don’t stop making this tea cause it is heavenly!

Great taste and benefits but poor tea bag quality

I found this tea shopping one day and was eager to try it. I have PCOS and the tea's blend was the PERFECT because it has almost all of the ingredients most beneficial and effective ingredients for the condition. The tea was delicious however, every single bag I've opened so far is super sticky like it was previously wet and cannot be opened or used without the bag being torn open so instead of being able to just drink them after brewing, I have to strain them which I guess isn't all that bad but it takes away time from my busy schedule. I would really like to continue to purchase this tea and support this company and promote this on my channel for people with my condition but I'm not sure I want to keep dealing with the torn tea bags.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sticky, moist bags

Suddenly every box I buy has moist, sticky bags. They stick to the tea envelope. I've thrown away two boxes. This is number three!

I just purchased a box of Tazo passion after being away for a while. I noticed the new box no longer lists mango, apple or blackberry but added licorice. Just wondered why.

I bought this tea two months ago and it is my absolute favorite. I have never experienced the tea bag ripping or being stuck to the outside container. I guess you just have to open it the right way. And I’ve open a bunch of tea bags. I love the flavors.
