Poor packaging =poor customer experience

The convenience is not worth it and sadly I can’t say that I want to continue to support the product in stores or prepared at any location serving its tea. This flaw is prevalent with all of your teas.

Wet/Stained Tea Bag

I recently purchase a box of these flavor teas and all of the bags are stained/sticky and they rip when trying to get them out of the package. So upsetting that I just threw them away what a use of my money. Please do a BETTER job!

Such a waste of my money. After going through my entire first box, ripping every bag, gave it another chance just to be disappointed again. Have been getting the product for years and am not going to be purchasing it anymore as I can see many people have this issue. Won’t waste another cent on this horrible quality tea.

Allergic to Stevia

It seems every passion tea k cup is sweetened with Stevia. I’m allergic to it, so I can no longer buy your brand in kcups. Why would your company limit itself to only Stevia consumers?

Delicious but...

I love this tea hot in the mornings at work. Very tastey! My one complaint would be the same as everyone else it seems... the bags are sticky. You have to be extremely carful opening the pouch not to rip the bag. You also have to be very careful not to rip the bag when taking the string tab off, thats how I ripped my first bag. Resolve this issue and the tea is 5 stars all around.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wasted my money

We were excited to try this flavor. When we opened the first bag the teabag appeared wet and the tag was stuck to it. When trying to pull the tag off it ripped open the bag. We thought something must’ve happened at the store, so we tried more. The entire box was like that. None were salvageable.
