Very Nice File Cabinet

This 2 drawer file cabinet is really nice for the price. The first one delivered was dented but Staples made the return and exchange for another one very easy. It is very deep and holds a lot of files. It is also extremely heavy which is good so it doesn't tip over but if you want it upstairs good luck getting it there.

This file cabinet exceeded my expectations. We opted for delivery and it arrived quickly and without a scratch. Except for attaching the casters there is no assembly. The drawers glide open and shut smoothly and have a nice heft. They extend fully so that you can easily access the files at the very back of each drawer. The lock functions smoothly to secure both drawers. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

I bought the same exact model files cabinets less than a year ago and they were perfect. The new one I just got are totally different. The wheels are different the length is slightly smaller and worst of all the inside will not even support a standard letter size handing folder. You can't even put a standard standard letter folder directly into the cabinet without turning it slightly. What happen to the this. I'm extremely disappointed especially since I carried up a flight of stars to use in my office. If I wanted to return them I'd have to lug them down the stairs without the box to protect them.
