The lever was hard to pull on the initial use but after that it's easy up and down. The riser takes up a lot of space on my desk would be nice if it wasn't as deep but it's worth it to be able to stand off and on. When typing quickly there is a tiny bit of a wiggle to my monitor but manageable.

The desk is easy to use and assemble - pretty much ready to go. It does not a large surface and most computer desk will not be large enough and can hold/support the desk.

Until they tried to sell me insurance I did not want it would have been a 5 star. I had to say no 3 times before we moved on and he still kept selling the insurance. Had he tried to hold be up again to sell your insurance I would have walked out and not purchased anything. IN my opinion it should only mentioned once

Easy to assemble (once I woke up I'll be honest) easy to raise/lower and looking forward to the benefit of NOT sitting all day! There is some adjustment with your work space -- having to write ABOVE your keyboard for instance which I feel is actually making me sit straighter -- but I am glad to have made this investment. Also of note: I have two 24" monitors which fit. I don't believe the smaller model would have accommodated them.
