[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toner cartridge definitely worked as expected. It is reassuring to see that the Staples brand works as well as the brand of my laser printer. Would definitely consider purchasing again given that it is still the more cost effective option.

I am investigating on-line how to eliminate vertical black "lines" in the white borders of printouts and horizontal white "lines" across pictures/photos of printouts. I plan to also re-read the warranty!!!

We still have a warning message on our printer even after the manufactured drum was installed. So we could have leftthe old one in and been fine.
