Had to do a printer reset to get it to recognize the remanufactured toner cart but the video instructions (URL given with the install sheet in the box) worked. Printed 50+ pages immediately thereafter and all looked fine. I did find it ironic that I needed to download and then print the return label for recycling the old cart. That moves me one page closer to doing it all over again! :)

toner usually lasts about 4 months this one didn't even last a week. my brother printer kept telling me to change the toner. I will never buy another remanufactured cartridge.

The quality control needs to be improved drastically. This toner didn't even last two weeks. Everything was working perfectly on the printer then the quality started going bad as soon as I starting using this cartridge. The toner would be all over the page causing the paper to be almost all light gray. It would imprint all over the page. Usually our regular cartridges last almost a month. My printer said I needed toner two weeks after I put the cartidge in. (I believe it's supposed to be more printing than standard cartridges). As soon as I replaced the cartridge the pages started printing lighter but the imprinting still happens. I think this cartridge ruined my drum unit. Terrible terrible terrible. I will NEVER buy another STAPLES brand remanufactured cartridge.

I have been ordering the Staples Brand Recycled TN660 cartridges for years for our school's printer. Every now and then we get a dud but most are fine. We just ordered our first batch of three of the "new and improved" version of True-Red and ended up with all three not working. I'm going to have to return all of them and won't be ordering True-Red again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toners installation process was pretty easy for me which was awesome I like easy install items. I love that it comes in eco friendly packaging as myself believe in using eco friendly products as much as I can. The performance of this toner is awesome it works great and the printing quality is perfect it has very bright color and I would definitely order this item in the future for my printer. Thanks for the opportunity to try this product out Stellar product testing panel I loved it.
