[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great remanufactured cartridge for Brother TN660. As much as I can tell it performs exactly the same as an original. Installing it was the same as a name brand it fit perfectly and was instantly recognized by my printer. I liked that it was remanufactured from a previously used cartridge and packed in all recyclable packing material it makes using a printer feel a little more environmentally conscious. The print quality was indistinguishable from an original cartridge in crispness and black density. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks so I can’t speak to its longevity but so far it has been going strong with no signs of problems. I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this printer ink.

I replace the old cartridge with the one I received--TRU RED--AND IT DID NOT WORK. Message said to change the cartridge. I wil be returning it for full refund.

Working fine but installation diagram could be clearer

It wasn't clear until I called a helpful technician at a Staples store that you need pull a part out of a part you've already pulled out of the printer in order to insert this cartridge.It now prints fine. I'll give it a fifth star if it prints its full projected capacity. Although my printing almost all simple text pages its predecessor not a recycled cartridge fell a bit short in page count and stopped the printer rather than just fading out.The local Staples store kindly promised me a two-dollar credit to my loyalty card for returning the old cartridge although I'll have to wait over a month.
