I purchased two of Staples "Sustainable Earth" Remanufactured Brother TN-660 toner cartridges. After installing the first one the black toner was smearing along the edges of each sheet of paper as they printed where it would get on your fingers when touching the paper. This continued through the life of the toner. I've just now installed the second one and the same thing is happening the toner is smearing along the edge of each page about a half-inch of black smearing along the paper's right edge. Not only that upon opening the cartridge you could visibly see the powdered toner collected on the outside of the cartridge itself. In both instances it is obvious that Staples remanufacturing process leaves much to be desired. Toner powder is toxic to the lungs and should be fully contained inside the cartridge. I would rather pay the few extra dollars for a genuine Brother cartridge than to take a chance on another Staples remanufactured item.

You would never know this cartridge was remanufactured in any way. Packaging looked new cartridge looked new and the printed images from it came out amazing! I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for quality toner at an affordable price.

Didn’t affect my printer and printing as smooth as ever. Stellar provided me with clear steps of what to do and model this cartridge will work for they sent me great product to try out! Than you!

Remanufactured is the way to print

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about using a remanufactured ink cartridge but it was worth testing from Stellar Product Testing Panel since it's an item I use daily. It arrived packaged just like any other ink cartridge and was easy to install. My printer had no issues during set up and quality of prints did not disappoint! I work in the recycling industry so using a product with recycled components is important and quality was not compromised in this eco friendly ink cartridge. I would recommend this product and will certainly use again in the future.

Since I put the toner in the printer the printer won't print. Toner light stays on................not sure if its the toner or? Worked just fine beforehand.
