Fabulous! We love this machine. My only complaint has nothing to do with the toner but the scanning device on the printer no longer works with the 64 bit Apple OS. I loved that feature and this toner was part of why I loved it so much. It lasts FOREVER. . . .they say 1200 pages but I would say it lasts even longer. Brother is dealing with the software issue for MACS but if that is not your concern buy their machine and get this toner cartridge. (You might have to watch a YouTube video the first time. Simple to change VERY simple to change but there is one small step that is not obvious in the pictorial and unworried instructions on the box. But once you see the issue it is so simple to change.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Panel for providing me with this printer ink! I am a high yield printer for my notary signings as well as a full time college student. Needless to say my printer ink is super important as I’m printing 100+ pages daily. The Staples Remanufactured ink was crisp left no smudges or streaks easy to insert it automatically recognized the cartridge with no issues and printing within 3 minutes! The downtime to calibrate compared to other inks I had purchased was significantly less! The packaging was meant so there was no damage to the cartridge in transit which is super important. I recommend this ink to any people using at home printers or even small in office printers! Saves a little money and is no different than brand new.

Environmentally friendly and a great value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Staples refurbished ink cartridge performed really well in my printer. There was literally no different between this cartridge and the name brand one in terms of print quality. Overall the installation process was straightforward but I did receive an error message on the first few tries that the cartridge was not recognized. Once I turned my printer off and on it worked. I really like that this is refurbished & helps the environment while creating less waste which is a priority for me. What’s great is that the print quality is on par with the name brand & it’s less expensive - so this is a great value that’s great for the environment. I received this product to test as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

I have been ordering these without issues for a couple of years. Now the last 4-6 cartridges had to be returned as defective. No matter what I do (on/off reset check connections drum OK etc.) the toner light shows empty. Thought these were one off instances -- maybe the cartridge passed quality control and was empty? But only 1 of the replacement cartridges I received in exchange actually worked. Now I'm sending back two more replacement cartridges. I purchased instead a full price Brother cartridge (not this TRURED) and had no problems. So I'd say it's your recycled product.

Just like new could not tell it was remanufactured

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product came in perfect condition. The cartridge was sealed in a box and a perforated unopened plastic bag as well. The cartridge looked exactly like other brother cartridges we bought brand new. I would not be able to tell in anyway that this was remanufactured. The great part about this product is that it uses 80% recycled materials! There is so much waste left over from a used cartridge so it is nice to feel like your environmental footprint is a little smaller. Putting it into our brother printer went smoothly and had no issues using the cartridge. I received this product as part of the stellar product testing panel. Overall would recommend this
