It offers the same quality and reliability as the original cartridge but at a more affordable price making it a great choice for anyone looking to save without sacrificing print quality. Installation Process The installation was simple and straightforward. It clicked right into place with no issues and my printer recognized it immediately. This is the 2nd order from Staples that was delivered to Lakeshore Dr. instead of my address on Lakeview Dr. I don't know what delivery service they use at Staples but they need to straighten out the discrepancy of the address.

Functional ink cartridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an ink cartridge. What more is there to say about it? It is exactly what you would expect and hope for. It’s easy to install and prints crisply with no ink smudges. I only installed it a couple of weeks ago so I can’t speak to how long this ink cartridge will last. But I do copy and print several times a day as a homeschool mom and it’s still going strong! Would purchase again in the future. I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel!

Our Brother laser printer is mainly used for patient forms so perfect quality is not required. We have not noticed any performance differences and are hoping that the cartridges last nearly as long as the OEM Brother units. My main reason for giving only three stars was the fact that upon opening the packaging the Toner cartridge itself was covered in loose toner dust. Having to take time to clean the cartridge itself and the mess made in doing so negated any savings versus just buying the "clean" new Brother units. Quality control should be more careful to ensure the toner stays inside the cartridges.
